   Proposal Description:
   Specific Aim #1a: To determine whether the severity of sleep disturbance and  vascular burden will act additively or synergistically to promote longitudinal changes in Alzheimer Disease biomarkers in the brain and cerebrospinal fluid in clinically normal older adults within the NACC database.                          Specific Aim #1b: To determine whether the severity of sleep disturbance and vascular burden will act additively or synergistically to promote longitudinal changes in Alzheimer Disease biomarkers in the brain and cerebrospinal fluid in mild cognitive impaired older adults within the NACC database.                    Specific Aim #2a: To determine whether the severity of sleep disturbance and vascular burden will act additively or synergistically to promote longitudinal changes in cognition in clinically normal older adults within the NACC database.                                                                         Specific Aim #2b: To determine whether the severity of sleep disturbance and vascular burden will act additively or synergistically to promote longitudinal changes in cognition in mild cognitive impaired older adults within the NACC database.                                                                         Specific Aim #3a: To determine whether the severity of sleep disturbance and vascular burden is associated with cognitive decline longitudinally in cognitively normal elderly, either additively or synergistically with #946-Amyloid Burden within the NACC database.
